RETURN POLICY

All sales final. No refunds.

PRINTING YOUR TICKETS

Step 1 - To print your tickets, scroll to the bottom of your order confirmation email and click the blue button that says “view your order”

Step 2 - From there, if you haven’t already, you’ll need to click “confirm purchase” - this will initiate a pop-up window that asks for the attendee name and email address. 

Step 3 - After filling in your information, click “save details”.

 

Step 4 - This will lead you back to your order page where you may name click the button that says “Download/Print Ticket” (for Apple users there is the option to add the ticket to your Apple Wallet as well).

TRANSFERS

If you would like to transfer any one of your tickets to someone arriving separately, or if you bought these tickets solely as a gift and would like to transfer them, there is a button that says “transfer” on your order status page.

Enter in the name and email of the person you want to transfer the ticket to and click “transfer ticket”.

MULTIPLE TICKETS

If you bought multiple tickets for people who will all be going in the same party, it is fine to use the same name and email address for everyone in your group. Again, you also have the option of transferring each ticket to any one individual you choose to. 

VIP EXPERIENCE UPGRADES

****If you purchased a VIP Pre-Show Upgrade or Post-Show Upgrade,  there is nothing additional for you to print out - the name(s) associated with your general admission ticket(s) will be added to a list at the box office when you arrive which will grant entry (one per ticket holder).
